erm hey lol i cant answear on your topic idk why but i will answear em here ...enyway the problem should be cause the labtop dosent know that program so good and there is something you need to download idk what but you can just look on google for that
i dont say that you (need) a new program for that but you just do it so the computer can start to know that program =) i hope this give you eny answears but it might not...but i will figure that out soon =)

by the way the first one to fix this problem gets a full set of xions and a black h mask and the lost warhammer. a total of allmost 50000000000gp.(5 bil)
